Bluegrass Concert a Success!
Congratulations to the organizers of Sunday’s Bluegrass concert featuring Digger Davis and Tombstone as well as a talented group of local performers including Burke Landry, T. J. Holden, Wade and Nick Phillips, Nathan Dean and Lanier Stevens. In spite of the heat, we had a great turnout. Thanks to all who came to support the Arts Council by attending this fun event. The music was uplifting and the hot dogs and Blue Bell ice cream hit the spot. We heard many people commenting that they would like the Arts Council to sponsor similar events in the future. Thanks also to Keep Madison County Beautiful’s Green Team for helping us do the right thing by recycling.

Great job! Sorry I had to miss it but will try hard to be there next time, if there is one.
An added attraction to the great pictures would be to have one or two of the songs being played.
Thanks for all your work of love, Betty S.
True, Betty. I’m not sure if we can add music to the slide shows anymore. We’ll have to look into it. You missed a good show! I did buy some CD’s will share… hugs, Kim
Hmmm, I wonder who took tickets? I can’t seem to find any…. (LOL!)
